And, I hope this mail is not unbearable to others. Write what you think and just send it in. Being published or not is another matter. Having your own views and reciprocating with fellow mailboxes is the way to go.

The Unbearables Well reading the mails on who we hate more , Liverpool or Manchester United certainly gave me food for thought, personally I have never really hated either and I say that with a straight face as I am serious with my response.

Manchester United were a dominant force whilst I was growing up under Sir Alex Ferguson, what a set of teams that SAF built over the years he was at the helm, incredible names, iconic moments and much more, the UCL Final will always sting being a Chelsea fan but I respect what he has created, to see the team be in such a decline and a shadow of what it once was is actually a shame, they ended the season quite well so you never quite know if they are heading in the right direction after many a year in that decline, only time will tell.

In regards to Liverpool, Jurgen Klopp has built a quite exciting side that finally lifted the Premier League trophy where previous Liverpool sides have failed, for that I admire him as a manager, it certainly is not an easy task.

Overall I suppose it comes down to how certain sections of fans behave on social media, in the stadium etc, now all football clubs have their fans who we dislike and shake our heads at, Chelsea are not an exception, but overall the Mailbox has shown me that all clubs no matter the size have some incredible fans, level headed and yet still passionate about their side.

Mikey, CFC. To us in Southern Africa football is first and foremost entertainment so all this talk of hatred of other fans is ridiculous. Sure, we trade banter actual banter and not hate filled vitriol when watching live football from bars etc with fans of rival teams. So to summarise, football is football and is meant to be entertainment and to be viewed as such.

Support your team and enjoy the highs I did and suffer the inevitable lows I did and stop worrying about the next team or what everyone else is saying about your team.

Maybe you grew up in South America, or perhaps in a rough Banilieue in Paris. Clubs are fighting for your signature. Your price is rocketing up with every game you influence. Right now you play for a famous but mid-tier La Liga club — say Valencia. Wherever you go, your salary will be comfortably north of a grand a week. Now the question is why would you go to live in Liverpool, or Manchester, or even Turin, when you could be in Barcelona, Madrid, Milan, Paris, or worst case, in London?

Would money take you there — is that the lure of Chelsea?
