Years before the recent MeToo movement became a global phenomenon, Sandra Rinomato was already focusing on female empowerment. The show focused on helping single women buy their first home and enter the real estate market. Rinomato said she was inspired to do the show because, while single women represent one-in-four buyers compared to single men at one-in, women buying property on their own is still considered an anomaly.
But after years of experience, Rinomato sees some common traits that can be a roadblock for women. She suggested women are far more frugal than men, and can save for a big down payment, but have trouble pulling the trigger on a purchase. Rinomato was in a local furniture store when she met a women in her late 50s managing the business. It turns out the owners were closing down the location and the women would be out of a job. As Rinomato explains, rather than being worried, this woman noted she only had a couple payments left on her house and a part-time job would be enough to get by.

Hey HGTV, are you getting all this? Now two of the three are gone. Stop screwing with what works! I enjoy both ladies and the different personalities they bring to the show. I miss Sandra I think she was very pretty on the eyes no matter what she was wearing or boobs she pushed up. Is she single? I thought she was condescending and kind of a beotch. Then later I gave it another chance, it seemed as if the producers had sent her to charm-school so to speak, now I appreciate her much more.
